Job Summary

As part of the Private Banking Business Support Team in GCNA, this role is responsible to enable the Front Office to deliver first-class experience for our PvB clients and prospect, across all aspects of the relationship in a proactive, coordinated, and innovative approach.  


RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide extensive quality office administrative support to Private Bank includes but not limited to
o    Form stock take and replenishment
o    Stationeries/ pantry supplies/ papers and toners/ marketing collateral replenishment
o    Liaison with vendors for maintenance of equipment/ marketing material
o    Logistical support in staff onboarding & offboarding, office relocation and internal events
o    Set up and dismantle of venue for training and event
o    Handle outgoing mails and deliver incoming mails to recipients and file acknowledgement record for audit purpose.
o    Process all invoices on a regular basis to avoid delay of payments

Qualifications

•    Diploma holder or above with understanding of administrative duties
•    Banking experience preferred but not essential
•    Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
•    Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
•    Able to work independently and a good team player
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
