Job Summary


•    To ensure a smooth, timely, accurate and error-free Monitoring & Scheduling of cash flows / provide forecast numbers to FO for managed RTGS/FCY accounts.
•    Analysing & explaining Nostro account balances for Hong Kong Treasury Services unit.
•    Support Hong Kong Treasury Services unit in implementing new Target Operating Model (TOM).
•    Perform BAU, forecasting and IDL management functions across the Hong Kong team. 
•    Oversight day-today BAU and work allocation in absence of team manager. 
•    Support team in implementing new applications/system that impact daily BAU.
•    Support in building effective business engagement model with a focus on TOM implementation, service provision, business updates, MI, risk management, process improvement opportunities and implementation.
•    Work closely with Build and Operate model team to ensure smooth functioning of LMS application.
•    Support team in developing new reports to eliminate manual collection of data points in preparing reports.
•    Partner with border TS team to sure works being shared and knowledge transfers.  
•    Able to manage / delegate project related work effectively  
•    Support DR testing, UAT, UVT’s etc and might require weekend support. 
•    Provie coaching to team members internally and conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
•    Maintain close liaison with all stake holders e.g, Treasury Markets, Cash management operations.
•    Partner with key stakeholders to lead and implement the extension of the team’s support model footprint to new geographies across GCNA.

•    Collaborate with the Nostro IDL lead & HK TM head to support the design and implementation of a Treasury Services Process Universe for Hong Kong  
•    Support ongoing management and measurement of HK process related risks and BAU
•    Ensure 100% compliance at all times to the group’s risk management framework as applicable

•    Comply with all the group standards, policies, procedures and guidelines as applicable and values of the Bank at all times.
•    Adhere to Group Code of Conduct at all times.
