RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
•    Hands on knowledge on AWS, Azure products.
•    Hand on Knowledge on Fircosoft products
•    Hands on Knowledge on Scripting tools
•    Plan and implement technical support such that defined targets are achieved and resources are optimized.
•    Work closely with Regional seniors in providing effective management servers estate.
•    Participate in the determination of sound technical strategies that support corporate objectives.
•    Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions.
•    Plan and implement Wintel and UNIX technical support projects to meet the need of technology organization.
•    Identify Opportunities to Optimize Infrastructure o Identify and propose opportunities to optimize cost, risk or performance based on a thorough understanding of the estate and available technical solutions.
•    Financial Baselines and Rates - Defining the financial cost models and rates (L0 Green and blue) to be used for forecasting and solution processes and baselines.


Business

FCC Link Analysis application enables users to perform search on Transaction, Customer, Accounts, Cases, watchlist & BVD data and the searched data is used to perform investigation by means of entity resolution and network generations. 

Processes

•    Resource Requirement: Replacement resource is required in order to provide BAU support for FCC LA, FCC Searchengine & Haste apps that require 24/7 operation support covering 3shifts and two general shift in weekdays to cover for any emergency and one weekend support & change implementation and other bank wide technology initiatives like catalyst, cloud migrations, ISO & Keystone. Any issue related to this application is critical and it will have regulatory and reputational impact. 

People & Talent

•    Catalyst & ISO Support : FCC Link Analysis and Haste apps are in the scope of catalyst migration requires this personnel to ensure smooth migration without any BAU disruptions, as there is additional 40+ servers are getting onboarded. 

Governance
•    Additional Support: We have 4 DR drills (2 in GDC East, 2 in country), component level high availability test are planned for the year which needs the SRE support. This headcount is within the approved budget.
