Job Summary
Strategy
• Supports Hive Tech Lead on Technology strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Support Chief Product Owner & Hive Tech Lead on analysis for planning, budgeting and QPR reporting, including trade-off analysis.
• Deliver outputs that make a significant contribution to the organization's strategic goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to determine the right solutions to business needs.
Business
• Lead and coordinate few of multiple delivery streams within the SARA roadmap
• Act as a hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master, operating hands-on with delivery squads, while managing upward reporting and forward planning and day to day risk management helping improving predictability and reduce uncertainty.
• Anchor decision-making at the ground level while maintaining alignment with leadership objectives and constraints.
• Bring delivery confidence and structural calm during a time-bound, high-visibility rollout phase.
Key Responsibilities
Processes
• Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to drive up efficiencies. Present ideas across other areas and foster innovation.
• Analyse, remove, or mitigate dependencies across teams to enable speed and quality of delivery.
• Responsible in the preparation of production outputs and their planning in alignment to ESDLC standards.
People & Talent
• Work on upskilling of the team in line with latest market trend.
• Mentoring and training the squad on agile processes.
• Work with Hive Tech Lead to ensure the agreed blend and balance of in-house and vendor resources.-Deve
Skills and Experience
Risk Management
• Mitigate delivery risks and issues, and ensure quality, affordability, and scope of delivery.
• Act as the risk control owner under the Group’s risk management framework at the appropriate level.
Governance
• Address tech compliance (ESDLC) requirements through the delivery lifecycle (design reviews, security reviews, SAT, OAT, etc.) with support from HTL(Hive Tech Lead) / PO / CPO (Chief Product Owner).
Key stakeholders
• Business Unit MT, Business Heads, Function Heads, Product Management / Product Ownership, Delivery Team, Group Process owners and Functional Partners including Risk, CFCC, HR, Finance, Legal, GIA.
