JOB SUMMARY
• As part of the T&O Delivery team you will co-ordinate, prioritise, support, and monitor the initiatives. The team will also help to manage the governance, communications and reporting of the T&O Delivery Governed Programme & Projects.
• This role has diverse responsibilities including ideation, portfolio data analysis, business case documentation, preparing materials for governance meetings, providing hands-on support for business case preparation, monitoring and analysing the overall portfolio while acting as an advisor as the program progresses.
• The ideal candidate is exceptionally curious and intelligent, thriving in uncertain environments. They are hands-on and analytical, diving into portfolio details to uncover insights.

• Minimum 12 years of experience and 3 years of relevant experience in the role
• Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Clarity for data analysis, visualization, and reporting to drive insights and support strategic decision-making
• Ability to quickly absorb and learn new systems, methodologies and types of information.
• Hands-on individual contributor with an eye for detail and proactive, self-managed work style

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Deliver strategic solutions aligned with the Bank's objectives and foster innovation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement across the program portfolio.
• Analyse portfolio dynamics to understand key changes and their root causes, supporting informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Business
• Understanding key Business and Functional opportunities for simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes and overall capability
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of one or more portfolios to support the identification and tracking of efficiency and optimization initiatives.
Processes
• Ensure delivery of initiatives in line with agreed plans, timelines, and the Bank’s control and governance framework.
• Prepare, manage, maintain, and track high‑quality project management artefacts, including programme and project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, dependency mapping, budgets, forecasts, and milestone tracking.
• Work closely with workstream leads to identify, document, and maintain tasks to the required level of detail, including ownership, dependencies, and start and finish dates.
• Provide effective PMO support, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute taking, stakeholder liaison, representation at meetings, and coordination of programme activities.
• Produce accurate and timely status reporting to meet stakeholder needs and support Programme Office, QPR, and MPR governance forums.
Data Quality
• Ensure Clarity is maintained with accurate, complete, and timely initiative data, including status, milestones, financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource forecasts.
• Track and report initiative data to appropriate governance bodies, ensuring alignment between source systems and reporting outputs.
• Maintain the project and programme library to high standards of quality, completeness, and traceability, including auditable approval trails.
• Ensure all project deliverables, artefacts, and approvals are stored in a structured, discoverable manner to support reporting, recovery, and audit requirements.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all PMO reporting and artefacts.

Risk Management
• Identify, track, and escalate programme and project risks, issues, and dependencies in line with the Bank’s risk management framework.
• Prepare initiatives for internal or external audits where required, ensuring documentation, evidence, and approval trails are complete and readily available.
• Support effective issue resolution by working collaboratively with delivery teams, workstream leads, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and manage impacts.
Governance
• Implement and enforce governance standards across initiatives, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of key deliverables and approvals.
• Govern artefact standards to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with Group, regulatory, and programme requirements.
• Propose control improvements, enhancements, and simplifications where appropriate to improve governance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support governance forums by coordinating inputs, preparing high‑quality materials, and ensuring actions and decisions are accurately captured and followed up.

Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Standardize master plan and approval across Technology portfolio
• Integrate ADO, SN, Clarity for QPR, vital programs and risk forum requirements into a governance model
• Build and maintain a holistic Technology portfolio view covering milestones, schedule, costs, benefits and risks.
• Validate technical feasibility, dependencies and sequencing for all programmes
• Maintain prioritization matrix (templates) to ensure consistent quality across program
• Collaborate with programme and portfolio leads to draft and refine robust schedule.
• Use a consistent framework covering schedule, investments, benefits, risks, dependencies
• Synchronize, milestone, cost and benefit data monthly with ADO, BART, SN and Clarity
• Run a standing cadence for portfolio reviews, benefit tracking and QPR/Risk forum preparation
• Partner with domain Architect, SME’s to validate architecture, sizing and sequencing
• Maintains master plan and use AI/ML predictive analytics to flag protentional disruptions
• Change Repository- centralized, traceable list of production go live.
• Control tower framework - standardized templates for consistent submissions
Excel mastery, aggregation/ consolidated views of technology portfolio and pipeline, ADO, Clarity, ServiceNow - Portfolio releases, milestones and actual forecasts
