Key Responsibilities

  • Adobe Real-Time CDP Implementation and Management:
  • Manage the implementation of Adobe Real-Time CDP in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the platform to ensure high-quality data integration and segmentation.
  • Data Strategy and Analytics:
  • Develop and execute data strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize analytics to derive insights from customer data and inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and external vendors.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe Real-Time CDP usage.
  • Stay updated with the latest Adobe CDP features and updates, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Integration and Compliance:
  • Ensure seamless integration of Adobe CDP with other marketing tools and platforms.
  • Oversee data privacy and compliance, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Create and manage the E2E Implementation architecture with very strong knowledge in Adobe AEP architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns and custom business logic.
  • Engagement during requirements gathering.
  • Design review of CDP solutions including integrations
  • Guidance of best practices for CDP implementations
  • Identify potential project risks and issues.
  • Support anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teams
  • Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources.
  • Ensure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
  • Development of Data Flows/Data Sets/Strategies required to support the Reporting Requirements
  • Reviewing and contributing to the deployment activities and practices
  • Contributing to overall technical solution and putting it to practice
     

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of Digital and Data management experience, focusing on customer data platforms.
  • Minimum of 3-4 successful projects involving Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • 5+ years experience hands-on implementing and or managing daily operations with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in addition to Experience Platform AEP
  • Analytics
  • Audience Manager
  • Campaign (Standard or Classic)
  • Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in integrating Adobe CDP with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     

Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
