Job Description: 

Job Summary

Lead for ESG Change Build & Maintain, with key accountability for

Change Management:
•    End to End Change\Project delivery across sustainability Change 
•    Understanding of sustainability framework & modelling
•    Manage project backlog including prioritisation 
•    Control over project budget and costs and delivery against budget
•    Quality delivery through engagement with business, tech and upstream stakeholders
•    Continuous improvement of project process improvement
Service Delivery:
•    BAU delivery with stakeholder interaction
•    Oversight of Client Initiative Service Forum
•    Deliver continual improvements in timely delivery and upstream and tech interfacing
Data Quality:
•    Improvement of Revenue & Balance data quality
•    Support Business with data quality queries
•    Improve query time to resolution to end users

Key Responsibilities

Business
•    Review and ensure IA(Impact Assessment) is completed for all Projects, changes, BAU issues, etc. 
•    Issue Management - Proactively seeking and resolving possible and current issues in consultation with BAU, Business Support and SCIM team
•    Review the team's BRD / CR for functional completeness and ensure sufficient information is provided to technology for all change deliveries.
•    Ensure the sourcing approach of each team member is Service Oriented and End-to-End for each change project and for BAU operational teams

Processes
•    Ensure the monthly BAU cycle runs as efficiently as possible, reviewing Data Quality and process issues for resolution, identifying opportunities for process improvement 

People & Talent
•    Periodical structured meeting to track/review and address the team concerns, employee engagement plans, continuous improvement and growth plans.

Risk Management
Project Management Responsibilities:
•    Identification of project Risks and Issues, develop mitigation plans and actively track.
•    Identification of BAU Operational Risks, develop mitigation plans and actively track.

Governance
Project Management Responsibilities:
•    Create project plans & Influence functional owners / change initiator / technology owners / to facilitate seamless end-to-end delivery to service within required timelines / quality measures.
•    Defining Functional Test Strategies, Scenarios, clearly draft the UAT Entry Success Criteria, Perform User Acceptance Testing to certify the results and procure all necessary sign offs
•    Timely Escalation of challenges/non-availability of End-to-End UAT Cycles, Technology Issues, Down-stream assessment, timeline & testing delays, overall project delays and BAU operational issues
•    Timely Escalation to the Product Teams, Project Teams, Management on the potential risks, timeline and results slippages, at appropriate times well in advance
•    Periodical publishing of project status updates, BAU updates, BOW updates, and structured meetings with Product teams, SCIM, etc.
