Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Adobe campaign . This role involves leveraging Adobe Target to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive business growth.

•    Minimum Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign development, with expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic.
•    Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Strong working knowledge of AEP and its integration with Adobe Campaign.
•    Campaign Configuration: Proficiency in configuring and implementing marketing workflows, email templates, and data integrations within Adobe Campaign.
•    Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in campaign execution and platform integrations.
•    Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•    Preferred Certifications: Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Campaign Classic) would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Campaign to build Multi-channel campaigns
2.    Adobe Campaign Implementation: 
a.    Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring they meet client specifications and business needs.
3.    Campaign Development: 
a.    Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, including the creation of workflows, templates, and reports using Adobe Campaign Classic.
4.    Data Integration: 
a.    Work with data sources and ensure accurate and efficient data integration between Adobe Campaign, AEP, and other platforms to drive personalized marketing strategies.
5.    Customization and Troubleshooting: Customize Adobe Campaign workflows, data models, and reports according to client requirements, and provide troubleshooting and resolution support for any technical issues.
6.    Client Interaction: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, create solution designs, and deliver actionable insights through campaigns.
7.    Optimization & Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and provide detailed reports on key metrics and outcomes.
8.    Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for all implemented solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
9.    Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.

10.    Monitor the effectiveness of digital Campaigns and iterate to yield higher ROI.
11.    Prepare and implement detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners.
12.    Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy
13.    Oversee data privacy and compliance, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
14.    Engagement during requirements gathering 
15.    Design review of ACC solutions including integrations
16.    Guidance of best practices for ACC  implementations
17.    Identify potential project risks and issues
18.    Support anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teams
19.    Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources.
20.    Ensure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
21.    Reviewing and contributing to the deployment activities and practices
22.    Contributing to overall technical solution and putting it to practice

Collaborate with other chapter members to share knowledge, insight and best practices to foster a culture of innovation

Identify potential risks within their domain and communicate them to squad and chapter leads. Work collaboratively to mitigate identified risks

- Comply with System Delivery controls and attest for it with every (technical) release to production
