Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Adobe target Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Hyper-Personalization Testing and Targeting platforms, notably Adobe's Target. This role involves leveraging Adobe Target to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • 5 +  years of a Adobe Target Experience and good understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies Minimum of 3-4 successful projects involving Adobe Target.
     
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and marketing strategies.
  • 3+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts 
  • Working experience in HTML, Java script and CSS
  • Adobe Target on Web and App implementation experience desirable
  • Understanding of AEM, Adobe Launch, and Target-related requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns
  • Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of digital Campaigns and iterate to yield higher ROI.
  • Prepare and implement detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners.
  • Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the Adobe Target investment
  • Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy
  • Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients
  • Architect and design Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyer s journey
  • Oversee data privacy and compliance, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Create and Manage the E2E Implementation architecture with very strong knowledge in Adobe AT architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns and custom business logic
  • Engagement during requirements gathering 
  • Design review of AT solutions including integrations
  • Guidance of best practices for AT  implementations
  • Identify potential project risks and issues
  • Support anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teams
  • Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources.
  • Ensure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
  • Reviewing and contributing to the deployment activities and practices
  • Contributing to overall technical solution and putting it to practice

  • Actively engage in chapter meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with other chapter members to share knowledge, insight and best practices to foster a culture of innovation

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks within their domain and communicate them to squad and chapter leads. Work collaboratively to mitigate identified risks

  • Comply with System Delivery controls and attest for it with every (technical) release to production
