Job Description: 

Job Summary

The Securities Services Technology team requires Support Analyst to manage the application support for Fund Services business. The candidate would be required to drive the activities involved in application support like incident resumption, change review, problem management along with mentoring the junior staff.

He/she will be working closely with the business stakeholders, vendor, core project and other interface system teams within the bank. The candidate should have prior experience in custody applications either in development / support / testing and having domain knowledge is essential.

•    Primarily to ensure system availability & stability of custody applications for Funds Services business
•    Incident Management – Provide resolution for the incidents raised for Funds Services business.
•    Situation management - Actively drive and manage situations and ensure no/minimal impact in system availability. 
•    Monitoring – Identify and configure key KPIs in system stability for proactive monitoring.
•    Stakeholder management - Work closely with delivery, Ops, business, and other tech units to ensure system stability.
•    Risk management - Proactively identify risks time to time and manage it for logical closure.
•    Automation – Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant/manual activities and actively participate in automation.
•    DR – Ensure DR exercise is conducted successfully.
•    Capacity Management – review and ensure systems have adequate capacity. 
•    Financial Management – ensure all financials are manged within budget.
