Job Summary
• Support the design, development, testing and maintenance of full stack applications using Java-based technologies under guidance from senior engineers.
• Contribute to delivery of reliable, secure and maintainable software components that meet business, technology and risk requirements.
• Build foundational engineering capability through hands-on development, learning modern tools and collaborating effectively within an application development team.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development and Delivery
• Develop, enhance and test application features across backend and frontend layers using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript frameworks and relational databases, with support from experienced team members.
• Follow software engineering practices including code reviews, unit testing, documentation, version control, secure coding standards and timely resolution of defects during development and testing cycles.

Qualifications
• Key Experiences: Entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or early-career candidates with academic, internship or project experience in full stack application development using Java, web technologies and databases.
• Certifications/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant coursework, projects or certifications in Java/full stack development are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Languages: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
