Job Summary
• The role is accountable for operational support for production services, across one or more areas of specific platform.
• To ensure maximum service quality and stability through fast and effective response to technical alerts from monitoring, and to be a catalyst for daily BAU queries from business team. Depending on the area of technical specialisation, should always ensure the capacity and batch jobs are on good shape.

• Ensure participating & supporting in cross-training and knowledge transfer activities within support teams.

• The ability to interpret the Group's financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework while we apply any changes in the BAU application and data.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Skills and Experience
Key stakeholders
• Responsible for supporting the production related changes, releases, and rollouts with zero or minimal impact to the stability of the application. Understand the scope of changes, implementation plan and fallback plan to ensure smooth implementation without failure.
• Responsible for the stability of the production system. Direct second and third level of support for problem diagnosis and resolution as per the agreed SLA's / OLA's.
Other Responsibilities
• For potential high priority, S@R, medium/high severity incidents, provide end-to-end support and implement resolution to resolve incidents within SLA.
• Responsible for closing all the low priority tickets, which including the daily BAU queries from business teams.
• Responsible for implementing or automation of monitoring, housekeeping, batch jobs, interfaces, and capacity to achieve high level of stability.
• Create and update Production Support documentation, contingency (DR/BCP) documentation and processes.
• Minimum code fixing at the application and conduct at least unit testing or coordinating the UAT and regression testing.
