Job Summary
The role is accountable for application support for production services, across one or more applications
• Technical knowledge in Triple A Plus core product
• Knowledge in COB management
• Good experience in analysing multi thread routines
• Knowledge in creation of services and batch records
• Experience in shell scripting, RedHat Linux and Application Server e.g. jBoss EAP 7.x
• RDBMS knowledge - preferably Oracle & SQL
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse production issues, identify root causes of issues
• To build, analyse and implement TAP logging and monitoring
• Knowledge in SMS – Security Management system
• Interface Integration – Solace/MQ/Web Services\
• Understanding in Wealth & Retail products
• Good knowledge in below TAP products
• Portfolio Management: positions, valuations, performance, risk.
• Advisory / Suitability: client profiling, investment proposals, risk/return alignment.
• Order Management (OMS): order capture, validation, routing to market or dealing desk.
• Model Portfolios / Discretionary Management: model definition, rebalancing, drift checks.
• Reporting: client statements, performance reports, regulatory reports.
• Integration Layer: interfaces to T24, market data providers, order routers, pricing feeds.

• To be accountable to execute the strategy devised for the business unit
Business
• Fully accountable in incident, problem, change and risk management which relates to the production application/system.
Processes
• Create, Review and update Production Support documentation. Update of contingency (DR/BCP) documentation and processes
People & Talent
• Participate in cross-training and knowledge transfer activities within support teams
Risk Management
• Responsible to proactively identify the risks in the application and manage the mitigation actions. Responsible for managing, tracking and timely closure of risks and other compliance related issues in Risk wise (Information Security risks) & M7 (Operational Risks).
Governance
• Provide inputs to management for monthly dashboard that provide information on incident and problem trends along with SIP and RCA Action Items.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in application Production support responsibilities and stability as part of SRE and product specialist responsibilities.
- Product - Temenos - T24 or Temenos Triple A Plus skills is mandatory
- JAVA / J2EE / Spring MVC, Spring Boot & Hibernate is mandatory
- Any one of the database DB 2 / Oracle / PostgreSQL
- Linux is must have
- Kubernetes, AWS is mandatory
- Tomcat/Jboss must have skill
- Elasticsearch should have proficient user experience
- Grafana should have proficient user experience
- Willing to work in rotational shift including night shift (24*7 support)
