Oversight Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge in enterprise-wide expense governance focus on principles of claims
• Ensure thorough examination & exceptional deeper review claims across different regions.
Required Skills:
• Working knowledge on expenses claims & careful analysis and sound judgment.
• Accounting aspects and downstream payment process followed in SCB
• Deep understanding of policies to ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations specific to claims & payments.
Beyond Transactional Validations:
• Interpret underlying messages & consistency in clearing queries and issues related to claims.
• Resolve hidden inconsistencies in submission and standardisation of approach.
• Connect detailed data to the broader organizational context & aid compliance.
Analytical and Practical Execution:
• Skillfully combine analytical insight with practical execution in reviewing and approving tasks.
Meticulous Approach:
• Go beyond surface details.
• Uncover underlying reasons and subtle nuances in each submission.

• Stakeholder engagement with broad comms & collaboration

• Content updates, user accessibility & doc management of all travel contents
• Support TMC & EASE rollout

• Guide fellow colleagues in relevance to above objective and stay as point of guidance.
