Job Summary

•    To maintain high quality in capturing details as per the request received in eBBS and other TP systems (where-ever applicable) and driving the same across the team.
•    To manage the relationship between In-country, COBAM teams and the business units as well as between other team members.
•    Ensure that the SLA is met.
•    Maximizing the productivity of the team 
•    Compliance with all relevant Group Policies related to CLM Ops / CDD as applicable
•    Compliance with Group Operational Risk procedures
•    To ensure error free work with no operating losses
•    Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and in implementation and management of OR within the Unit.

Job Responsibilities

•    Accurate making,checking & verification of all on-boarding & maintenance activities.
•    Ensure CDD is approved while a client is on-boarded and for any maintenance requests
•    Ensure preprocessing activities are carried out as per the laid down guidelines and DOI is adhered
•    Accurate preparation & timely submission of data for MIS purposes.
•    To actively participate in BCP / DR and any other UAT.
•    Ensure proper updating on completion status of daily instructions and submission of EOD.
•    Adhering to laid down Operating Procedures and Group Risk Policies at all times.
•    Ensure that productivity MIS is updated accurately and immediately after the completion of processing the respective transaction.
•    Ensure that Key Control Standards are adhered to.
•    Ensure the smooth running of CLM Ops at all times by effective supervision.
•    Accurate updating of control sheets and ensuring EOD controls are in place.
•    Ensure staff performance is monitored on a continuous basis and feedback provided at regular intervals.

Key Responsibilities

•    Ensure that knowledge on systems and procedures is updated by keeping track of periodical circulars and other instructions issued.
•    Ensure timely escalation to Management of any exception noticed related to work and environment. 
•    To report unit’s OR issues and losses to Line Manager
•    Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times
•    Ensure proper training is given to team members whenever required.
•    Ensure backup staff is identified and trained
•    Participate & encourage participation in departmental quizzes, and Group / Company- wide CSR Initiatives.
•    Ensure strict compliance to Group Code of Conduct at all times.
•    Ensure proper maintenance of work stations and the work environment.
•    Ensure adherence of clean desk policy of SCGBS.
•    Ensure timely completion of all e-learning courses.
•    Ensure end of checks are performed for the day.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. •    Serve as a Director of the Board
