Key Responsibilities
• We are seeking a Lead – Data Documentation & BCBS239 to join the Risk function. The role will be responsible for driving the design, maintenance, and governance of data documentation that supports BCBS 239 compliance, including risk data aggregation, reporting frameworks, lineage, controls, and governance processes. The individual will work closely with Risk Data Governance, Risk Reporting, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure that documentation standards are met, regulatory expectations are addressed, and audit readiness is maintained.
• The role requires strong expertise in regulatory documentation standards, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex risk data and reporting processes into clear, structured, and compliant documentation. Key responsibilities include operationalisation of data governance, liaison with upstream Data Domains, defining and owning plan for LC & FC(largely compliant and fully compliant) and inputs for DQ Forum management.

Qualifications
• 10+ Years of relevant experience in similar role & specifically in Risk / CFCC
• Experience in data management, Data Governance, Data Quality execution and data delivery projects
• SQL skills
• Strong Stakeholder management & communication skills
• Strong RCA skills
• Able to make good working relationships with people at all levels, to work in a team environment.
• Able to work under time pressure & adapt to changing requirements.
• Overall work experience of at least 12 years.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in Risk
• Prior experience of SQL & Python Programming
• Hands-on experience in Metadata management, data documentation and metadata tooling
• Experience in Banking Domain
• Business Analysis & Effective Communication skills
• Experience in BCBS239 or similar regulatory areas
• Experience in Data Quality Management processes (DQ monitoring, issue management and reporting)
