Job Summary
The Business Analyst – Performance Management will support the TBKR (Trigger‑Based KYC Review) programme by delivering end‑to‑end performance oversight, management information, and regulatory‑ready analytics. The role will focus on tracking execution outcomes, benefit realisation, productivity and capacity impacts arising from TBKR, translating policy and process changes into measurable insights. Working closely with Project, Operations, GPOS, Second Line and senior governance forums, the incumbent will develop dashboards, conduct business impact assessments, re‑baseline productivity metrics, support capacity planning, and ensure data accuracy, controls, and audit readiness. This is a strategic performance and governance role, critical to enabling transparent decision‑making and evidencing TBKR outcomes to senior management and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & MI
• Design, build, and maintain TBKR performance dashboards covering volumes, throughput, productivity, SLAs, and risk ratings
• Track D and E rated execution outcomes aligned to TBKR priorities
• Ensure MI accuracy, reconciliation, and audit ready controls
Benefit Realisation & Business Impact
• Lead Non Financial Benefit (NFB) tracking including regulatory timeliness, productivity, touch time reduction, and customer experience
• Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA) quantifying TBKR outcomes versus baseline
• Produce benefit crystallisation views (in year and annualised) for senior forums
Productivity & Capacity Planning
• Re baseline productivity metrics to reflect KRA based TBKR reviews
• Support capacity modelling and forward looking demand planning
• Assess impact of scope changes, new triggers, or policy amendments on headcount and throughput
Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare analytical packs and insights for EMF, PgSC, and senior management reviews
• Partner with Operations, GPOS, Second Line and Project teams to validate assumptions and outputs
• Proactively identify performance risks, data gaps, and delivery issues with clear mitigation options
Controls & Regulatory Readiness
• Maintain clear documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and definitions
• Embed control checks around data sourcing, calculations, and reporting logic
• Support audit, regulatory, and assurance requests related to TBKR performance reporting
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in Performance Management, MI, Business Analysis or PMO roles
- Experience in KYC / CDD / Financial Crime change programmes domain
- Advanced Excel; exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools desirable
- Ability to communicate complex data succinctly to senior stakeholders
- Strong governance mindset with attention to controls, accuracy, and traceability
- Deep analytical capability with proven experience in dashboards, metrics, and performance/benefit tracking
Experience: 5+ years of overall experience with minimum 3 years in DataIKU/ Alteryx.
