Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    The Engineer will be a key member of Trade Engineering team and responsible for delivering the product as per the business requirements to the application components. The role holder will form a key part of a fast-paced, ambitious, delivery programme.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, and implement scalable on-premise and hybrid cloud architectures.
•    Apply best practices in Infrastructure as Code, orchestration, CI/CD, and Git.
•    Develop and maintain reference implementations for DevOps architectures.
•    Drive team engagement, motivation, and success.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and infrastructure issues with strong analytical skills.
•    Continuously improve architectures to meet internal and external stakeholder demands.
•    Promote Agile and growth mindsets within the team.
•    Strive for operational excellence and continuous self-improvement

•    Coordinate with resources and teams across different location

Skills and Experience

Prior Experience:
•    5–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
•    Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and orchestration tools.
•    be the technical lead for the team on anything related to DevOps and Cloud infrastructures;
•    Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
•    Experience with cloud platforms (on-premise, hybrid, and public clouds).
•    Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux fundamentals (mandatory).
•    Experience with Ansible scripting and automation.
•    Familiarity with AI tools for DevOps (e.g., AI-driven monitoring, code review, or automation).
•    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for pipeline and infrastructure issues.
•    Experience with GitOps practices and tools.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•    Agile mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
•    Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
•    Exposure to monitoring and logging tools

Qualifications

Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree
Certifications
•    CBAP-certified preferred
