Title: Director, FCSO E&T - ECM BA - Transformation

Job Summary
• Lead requirements gathering workshops for FCSO Transformation project initiatives
• Conduct detailed requirements walkthrough with business stakeholders and technology team
• Managing stakeholder expectations in requirements discussions
• Drive finalizing and prioritising of requirements in LuW for delivery
• Assess risk and impact across FCSO processes and downstream FCSO systems.
• Working with the technology team for feasibility, sizing and cost, including infrastructure needs
• Working with respective project managers to align with project plan, test strategry and delivery
• Support FCSO Transformation project team and FCSO Case Management team from LUW through DTW until delivery
• Interact with vendor to drive solution to requiements
• Ensure training and knowledge transfer from project team to BAU team and end users.
• Provide routine udpates to stakeholders on project delivery, risks, issues and go live readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between the FCSO Transformation, FCSO Risk, FCSO Technology, ECM PO, Country FCSO and Group FCC
• Liaison with Product Owners, FCSO Risk and various project stakeholders
• Responsible to adhering to the bank’s Change management and delivery standards and all required project / programme governance requirements.
Strategy
• Use process and data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes;
Business
• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops and impact assessment sessions with stakeholders
• Ensuring business requirements are clearly documented, understood and traceable from requirements to benefits realisation with clear cost, benefit and risk areas.
• Support creation and review of requirement documents, specifications and other product related (input/output) documents.
• Undertake critical reconciliation of FSD to BRD and negotiate as appropriate where there are misalignments or alternative options to ensure stakeholders requirements are met.
• Working with team and stakeholders during the build phase to validate that deliverables are aligned with expectation.
• Support training and handover from project team to BAU team and end users.
Processes
• Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce changes;
• Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing changes;
• Communicate the benefits of changes across departments and address any uncertainty and concern;
• Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary;
• Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
• Managing the FCC Case Mangement integrated configuration documentation, ensuring documentation standards are rigorously applied
• Ensuring FCC documentation library is up-to-date with final signed off documents.
• Experience in Unit Test, PT, SIT, UAT, Regression and UVT Support across teams with other groups.
• Review own and peers work to ensure work is at standard (content and governance) to receive approval and reduce the need for further iterations.
• Supporting with test management ensuring that bug fixes are prioritised and potential change requests validated
• Managing the process to agree and validate the future phases, country sequencing and scope of FCC
• Developing, socialising and agreeing the delivery plan
People & Talent
• Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of stakeholder as a whole.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the work product.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and change management requests.
• Develop cohesive relationship with stakeholders to ensure open communication.
• Support teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues;
Risk Management
• Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made;
• Advising on the testing strategy to ensure it supports the full set of business requirements and sufficiently documents and mitigates production risks through a robust test approach
Governance
• Ensure documents owned, reviewed and approved in compliance with FCC, NWoW and PMO.
• Prioritise work to ensure that deadlines allow for the rigours of the governance process.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience working in a compliance or regulated risk environment.
• 3+ Project Manager / Project Delivery Lead experience for a large complex transformation initiative.
• PMI certification desirable
Experience
• Knowledge and experience of SCB’s change delivery standards and governance requirements
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, ADO, Clarity etc.
• Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline and budget.
• Excellent leadership, professional and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to work with diverse teams.
• Team leader and player with ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Presentation and meeting facilitation skill.
• Negotiation and conflict management skill.
• Report writing and document management.
• Experience in core platform implementation, system integration, change management across Anti-financial crime landscape would be a plus.
• Experience with AML monitoring solutions (e.g. Oracle OFSAA AML) preferred.
• Experience in preparing action plan in response to reviews and queries (OR, GIA, Assurance, Audit …)
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Analysts.
• Experience with workflow design preferred.
• Experience with data protection and access controls would be a plus.
Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, able to converse in appropriate levels of detail with Business Heads, COOs/CIOs, Frontline, Middle Office/Operations Risk, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Identity Access Management (IAM), etc.
