Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Manage budget and cost effectively to derive efficiency and aligned with cost management for 2024.
•    Also facilitate Strategic implementation across various levers towards cost management.  
•    Furhter identify & work towards process simplification across HUB as part of Ops Excellence pillar.
•    Facilitate monthly reviews across Stakeholders including representation in CPBB MT of AME & ASA.

Key Responsibilities

•    Forecast head count and non-head count efficiencies for all units under WRB.
•    Support Global Head, GBS WRB Retail on various activities including Location support, Strategy follow-ups, Stake holders’ engagement, Project Support & Local regulatory deployments.
•    Conceive strategic road map for WRB Retail Ops to achieve strategic and transformative levers.
•    Manage and execute Risk and Control related engagements across stake holders including various metrics on WFM, Tech Issues, My Voice actions & Governance.
•    Spearhead service excellence, journey service reviews and exception management on GBS service delivery and Project Management.
•    Various management and leadership dashboards review and intervention on Volume Management, Spike Management, Cost Management, Effort Distribution, Change Management, Quality Assurance etc.
•    End to end Manage budget and forecast of expenses under WRB.
•    Manage monthly billing and country recharges.
•    Manage monthly tracking of HC & Non-HC saves booked.
•    Calculate country level efficiency details.
•    Provide governance for PS Tool and WFM data such as cross skilling, staff processing category and activity mapping.
•    Provide regular MIS and ad-hoc MIS to stakeholders. 
•    Supporting A3 management (OE upload / A3 creations, etc)
•    Support Job Requestion based on SCB HR guidelines.

•    Engagement with wide range of stakeholders. Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration.

•    Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility

•    Have a strong Governance relevant to the role

•    Few years of experience of operations.
•    Flair knowledge in costing and budgeting

•    Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities
•    Strong communication, Interpersonal Skills and presentation skills, with senior stakeholders.
