Title: Engagement and Learning Program Lead - Quantum Leap

Job Summary
Role Overview:
The Learning Program Lead & Coach will be responsible for designing, refining, and executing the learning curriculum for Quantum Leap. This role will also provide expert coaching to participants, ensuring effective application of Lean Six Sigma, AI, and digital analytics in real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an engagement strategy to drive participation in Quantum Leap across all levels.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with SCB’s Skills for Growth strategy.
- Partner with regional program coordinators to localize engagement efforts and ensure high adoption across geographies.
- Organize awareness sessions, leadership endorsements, town halls, and success story campaigns to maintain momentum.
- Work with SMEs and business leaders to ensure Quantum Leap’s training content remains cutting-edge (AI, Data Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, Customer-Centricity).
- Oversee the gamification and recognition framework (leaderboards, badges, certifications) to sustain long-term engagement.
- Track program engagement metrics, learning effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously refine the learning & coaching experience.
Skills and Experience
✅8+ years experience in employee engagement, learning & development, or change management.
✅ Strong expertise in learning experience design, workforce upskilling, and engagement strategies.
✅ Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), AI/Data Analytics expertise preferred.
✅ Ability to create and execute high-impact engagement campaigns (communications, gamification, storytelling).
✅ Experience working with cross-functional teams, regional leads, and senior stakeholders.
✅ Knowledge of AI, Data Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation trends is a plus
