Key Responsibilities

    Working in the Reliability Engineering team on identifying the failures and correcting it across the applications in the bank. 
    Working closely with product designers, platform engineers and end-user facing application support teams.
    Incident and Hypercare Support (expects 24/7 availability in case of urgency) and Retrospective Management.
    Good amount of working knowledge on LRE, Performance testing execution, Non functional Testing execution. 
    Reviewing production artefacts to proactively identify issues that must be raised and resolved before production deployment more specifically with a deep focus for stability, scalability, deploy ability, configurability, observability, and manageability.
    Ability to get into the bottom of complex technical issues and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
    Experience in developing / supporting containerized and cloud native applications.
    Understanding of HTTP specification, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, OpenAPI, Oauth etc..,
    Deep knowledge in Monitoring and Observability systems like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
    Experience in Build and CI / CD tools like ADO, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Artifactory etc..,
    Experience in Messaging Systems like MQ, Kafka, Solace, Rabbit MQ etc..,
    Knowledge in SDN, Load Balancers, Forward and Reverse Proxies like Nginx, HAProxy, Kong, Squid etc..,
    Thorough understanding in standard parts of Network and Web App stack such as TCP/IP, DNS, etc..,
    Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and caching technologies.
    Hands on with Linux, Container and container management technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift etc..,
    Experience with AWS services like VPN, EC2, ELB, EBS, EFS, RDS, S3 (or their Azure or GCP equivalents)
    Hands on Python or Java or Spring Boot coding.
