Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Cash Team looking for critical Techical leadership role in the development and implementation of the projects. 
•    Also to manage and monitor multiple IT projects based on scope, cost and schedule under TTO.
•    Being active contributor to System Development, Project Management and People management.

Key Responsibilities

•    Understanding the needs of the Bank for defining system specifications
•    Planning and designing the technology solution structure
•    Communication system requirements to the software development team
•    Evaluation and choosing suitable hardware or software and suggesting methods for integration
•    Overseeing assigned programs and guiding the team members
•    Aiding when technical problems arise
•    Making sure the agreed infrastructure and architecture are implemented
•    Addressing the technical concerns, suggestions, and ideas
•    Monitoring systems to make sure they meet business goals as well as user requirements
•    Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle 
•    Attend to queries raised by support teams, other IT teams and business teams. 
•    Go the extra mile and be open to new challenges based on the organization’s visions

•    Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
•    Work towards achieving TTO 26 objectives and goals. 

People & Talent 
•    Able to lead team of Analysts and Developers, including motivating and coaching them to deliver goals.
•    Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects. 
•    Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision. 
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to grow relationship internally and externally.

•    Ability to make decisions and guide team to deliver things on time
•    Guide and coach junior developers.

Qualifications

•    Must have advanced knowledge on Java, Spring ,Hibernate, Jasper & Spring Boot.
•    Any one strong JS knowledge on Ember JS or React JS.
•    Expertise in deployment architecture on Docker, Podman & SKE.
•    Expertise in RDBMS solutions in Oracle 
•    Good exposer to development of multiple or large software products and estimates.
•    Strong knowledge in application integration using Web Service or Messaging using JMS.
•    Ability to design and build smart, scalable, reliable solutions with tight deadlines.
•    Strong knowledge about design patterns and development principles, microservices architecture
