RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Drive Adoption and Execution of Information Security and Cyber controls delivered by Cyber Security Services across CIB,Group Functions and T&O
  • Lead ICS program governance and controls assurance, including findings remediation
  • Track and align ICS adoption and execution to the ICS risk reduction initiatives with key enterprise programmes (Obsolescence remediation, Catalyst,Cloud Adoption, etc.)

Business

  • Establish communication channels and information flows with Business, Regional and Country MTs, various first and second-line teams mobilised to deliver ICS risk reduction 
  • Collaborate with various Business, Technology and Security Teams. 
  • Oversight the ICS CIB,GF and T&O  Regions/Countries remediation program

Processes

  • Proven ability to lead highly complex, global, pan-bank, multi-year programmes by driving collaboration and participation by functions, Regions and countries.

People & Talent

  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise. Continuously upskill to remain current with the cyber threats and security

Risk Management

  • Support the management of the programme professionally and efficiently, closely tracking timeline commitments for provision of information and action plans, and for validation of actions taken
  • Drive the adoption of “lessons learnt” driving consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensuring ICS program delivers as per Risk Targets timelines
     

Governance

  • Establish and run steering committees for CIB,GF & T&O ICS risk reduction programme, providing governance as per the Bank’s Programme Management standards
  • Ensure key ICS risk and issues are monitored and appropriately addressed by key stakeholders
  • Ensure adoption of the ICS controls and reporting to the Cyber RF

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values, Valued Behaviours, and Code of Conduct
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Bank. 
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications

Education     

  • Experience in IT and ICS operations execution and management - MUST
  • Experience managing global Transformational Programs – MUST
  • At least 8 years’ experience in banking industry - MUST
  • Experience in leading roll out and implementation of ICS Program in banking industry
  • At least Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Management, IT)

Languages - English

Role Specific Technical Competencies

  • Understanding of the Cyber landscape and ICS Controls within the banking environment
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise
  • Proven ability to lead highly complex, global, pan-bank, multi-year programmes by driving collaboration and participation by functions, Regions and countries.
  • Extensive change and programme management experience, ideally gained in the financial industry
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate level ensuring open cooperative environment. Be a Team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
