Title: IMR Lead- Data Management, Risk & CFCR

Key Responsibilities
• We are seeking an IMR (Issue Management & Resolution) Lead within the Risk function to coordinate and drive timely resolution of data quality and risk reporting issues across multiple domains. The role will act as a central point of contact between Risk teams, Functional Units, Data Domains, and the Chief Data Office (CDO) to ensure consistent prioritization, ownership, and closure of issues.
• The IMR Lead will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional governance forums, tracking and monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to agreed remediation timelines and data quality standards. The individual will also help identify systemic themes, escalate critical risks, and drive sustainable solutions by working closely with business, technology, and control partners.
• This role requires strong stakeholder management, governance discipline, and problem-solving skills to steer issue resolution in line with enterprise data management policies and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications
• 10+ Years of relevant experience in similar role & specifically in Risk / CFCC
• Experience in data management, Data Governance, Data Quality execution and data delivery projects
• SQL skills
• Strong Stakeholder management & communication skills
• Strong RCA skills
• Able to make good working relationships with people at all levels, to work in a team environment.
• Able to work under time pressure & adapt to changing requirements.
• Overall work experience of at least 12 years.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in Risk
• Prior experience of SQL & Python Programming
• Hands-on experience in Metadata management, data documentation and metadata tooling
• Experience in Banking Domain
• Business Analysis & Effective Communication skills
• Experience in BCBS239 or similar regulatory areas
• Experience in Data Quality Management processes (DQ monitoring, issue management and reporting)
