Job Summary

The role holder will be integral to the management of the articles into the new HR Knowledge Management platform ensuring they have the correct tags by working with the HR Portal Team and HR Catalogue SME.
The person will apply the experience of having worked in HR or knowledge management teams or having designed and implemented HR solutions on behalf of her / his clients.
The chosen candidate will participate in the design and implementation workshops with key stakeholders. As part of the role, you will produce relevant documentation including to-be knowledge article repository, content templates and knowledge management process flows. The person will hold Admin role for the system, supporting stakeholders with knowledge management advice and performing tasks reserved for Admin only. The role holder will participate in works aiming at enhancing the system, using their knowledge management experience and system knowledge. The chosen candidate will be also supporting multiple project from KM perspective.

 

Strategy:
•  Work with a diverse range of HR and business stakeholders to build and maintain long term stakeholder relationships.
•  Understand and balance operational excellence, cost efficiency, risk management and employee experience into the HR Knowledge Management.
•  Develop proposals and solutions which drive ongoing improvements to the knowledge articles and enable it to become engaging, useful and accurate to enable self-service by all employees and line managers.
•  Keep abreast of external practices and maintains own external network; bring the outside into the Group and understand how to apply external practices into the Group successfully

 

Business: 
• Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations, cost constraints, employee experience and HR good practice in solution design across multiple workstreams
• Understand risks, business imperatives and business context when facilitating decision making impacted by the Knowledge Management, create solution options, make recommendations
• Present clear options and recommendations, facilitate decision making and enable clear understanding in key stakeholders of risks, outcomes and trade-offsProcesses*
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimise and increase scalability, adoption, employee experience; identify & track efficiency measures, and reduce risk
• Develop and implement solutions for the portal which are aligned to or flow from the functional and business strategic and operational requirements

 

People & Talent:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to generate immediate & extended team cooperation by understanding the needs of other team members 

 

Risk Management: 
• Ensure all Knowledge Management services deliver effective management of operational risks in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations at a global level
• Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, identify and manage forward looking risks
• Embed the Group's values and code of conduct across the team and larger function
• Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holder's attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the appropriate Risk Committees

 

Governance:
• Awareness of need to execute projects with strong focus on financial and delivery governance and adherence to control processes to ensure that execution matches bank's risk tolerance
• Strong programme/project management and governance skills with focus on effective delivery and the integration of content solutions. A real focus on deployment and adoption through hands-on management
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operations, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
• Responsible for delivering 'effective governance', capability to challenge peers effectively and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
