Job Summary
The Technology & Innovation Governance and Change organization are seeking an Senior Manager.
We are looking for smart resource with more than 10+ years’ experience of strong development skills and willing to operate in a diverse environment of legacy and emerging technologies.
Should have a strong leadership and hands on experience on leading the development environment team.
Hands-on proficiency in Middleware technologies (Java,Spring,Spring boot , MQ, Tomcat, ) & AWS Cloud technologies.
The individual should be able to configure, operate, manage, tune and maintain, installations, instances and environments, including troubleshooting and chasing down issues to resolution, often applying logic and reasoning from first principles when dealing with unfamiliar components and systems.
A mindset of quality and governance is key, with a passion for reducing outages and maintaining control and hygiene of systems by adhering to the various policies and procedures.

The candidate should have a passion for quality delivery, as well as a disciplined approach to planning, execution and reporting. The role will require ongoing engagement with a broad constituency across the bank, dealing with teams' project, development and testing who are at varying stages of technology and test methodology adoption. The ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders is therefore essential.
• Provide system security measures for the projects which we are handling.
• Environment setup Creating Applications as per the project requirement.
• Ensure to provide timely technical support during the different phases of testing drills.
• Proactive monitoring & Housekeeping the environments.
• Ensure process is followed on all the activities.
• Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams to resolve complex issues and outages.
• Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on request status and progress.
• Manage/coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.
• Highly motivated to learn and manage different applications across derivatives.
• Document common issues for team's perusal.
• Follow escalation procedures during outages and ensure root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and oversee End of Day batches and escalate to appropriate teams in case of failures.
• Value addition in all possible activities involved.
Qualifications
Graduate or Post Graduate in engineering
Skills and Experience
10+ Years of Experience in relevant domain
• Hands-on proficiency in Middleware technologies, Cloud, Java & Containerization technologies (Dockers, Kubernetes).
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
