Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

•    Collaborate with Business stakeholders and Developments leads in the team in identifying and developing common components.
•    Define/Identify Best practises, patterns/anti-patterns, development guidelines.
•    Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt.
•    Specifying the common and core services use cases
•    Review and assist in CI/CD pipeline for MS Dynamics solutions and data deployment using ADO or Command-line utilities Support development teams in resolving critical issues/bottlenecks in code/configuration/customisation.
•    Ensure adherence to SCB Architecture/design principles and MS Dynamics/Power Platform development guardrails.
•    Understand functional requirement and implement technical solution (along with relevant documentation) that will meet functional requirement.
•    Ensure that there are complete unit tests for every component.
•    Review code and ensure it conforms to standards and help improve quality of existing code base.

Skills and Experience

•    6+ years of experience in CRM solution delivery and technology implementation.  
•    Preferred Skills:  
    •    Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (CRM Functional Consultant, Solution Architect).  
    •    Experience with Azure AI, Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate).  
    •    Knowledge of API-first integration architectures, customer data platforms, and analytics in financial services.  
    •    Experience working in large-scale banking or financial services digital transformation programs
    •    Hands-on experience on CRM Platforms like MS Dynamics and Databases like SQL and Oracle/Postgress.
    •    Exhibit hands-on on various NFRs – Non-Functional Requirements implementation
    •    DevOps Tools and CI/CD Processes – ADO, Jira, Bit Bucket, etc.
    •    Microsoft Power Platform certifications strongly preferred
    •    Excellent UI design skill and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps
    •    Experience configuring and customizing Canvas & Model driven Apps Understanding of business process in model driven apps
    •    Experience Using Power Automate standard and custom connectors
    •    Exposure to a large complex organization, including stakeholder management
    •    Strong knowledge of web-based Technologies

Qualifications

•    Ideal candidate must have overall 8+ years of IT experience.  
•    This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong business domain knowledge in banking CRM, AI-aided solutions, and proven leadership in enterprise-scale technology programs.  
•    Ideal candidate must have overall 8+ years of technology experience in banking technology and proven credentials of delivering world class engineering solutions. 
•    Must have minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.  
•    Relevant industry certifications are an added plus.      
•    Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required. 
•    Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions.
