JOB SUMMARY
• Planning and managing E2E Project deliverables along with Project KPI’s submission on time to the Program Management
• Resolving technical issues and obstacles that arise during development.
• Overseeing the Technical direction of projects, contributing to code development and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Mentoring junior developers, facilitating communication, and fostering collaboration within the team.
• Acting as a liaison between the technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate clear communication.
• Overseeing all phases of a project from planning and scheduling to execution and completion, ensuring alignment with the defined scope and objectives.
• Allocating resources, managing team workload, and ensuring the right personnel and tools are available for each task to optimize efficiency.
• Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or quality compromises.
• Often involved in fostering Agile practices within teams, facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure iterative and efficient delivery.
• Leverage technical knowledge to support projects, evaluate technology options, and ensure proper installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Managing Software Development life cycle controls and ensuring controls are meeting compliance Process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Ensure risks/issues are captured for all projects and ensure that any changes to milestone deliverables (scope, due date etc.,) have been approved by relevant PWG/PSC/PRC
• Mitigation of risks and resolution of issues in a timely manner including developing suitable controls and measuring their effectiveness
• Adopt DevOps in all the projects
• Procure dispensation on valid cases
• Planning and manage test environments.
Business
• Drive Team for the development completion on time
• Closely work with BA/PO/Dev team for the deliverables
• Prepare overall Program Strategy along with roadmap for the area.
• Plan and execute activities in relation to Development activities
• Communicate to stakeholders on the Project Status, risks and issue resolution
• Manage and coordinate all the Key Interface Teams
Processes
• Ensuring no adversely rated test audit, no medium or high risks rated test issues from audit and No expired/overdue risks or actions from audits
• Thorough understanding of the system and data architecture of the underlying product
• Adoption of model across all domains with appropriate test methodology aligned to each project and evidence

• Ensure SOWs are in place and extensions and terminations of contracts are managed to avoid cost leakage
• Maintain the right permanent: vendor mix as per the bank’s policy
Risk Management
• Ensure all the SDF Templates followed on all the Test Deliverables.
• QA Review / TDA / Internal / External Audit controls should be maintained in central repository
• Document all the RAID details in the Test Strategy with appropriate Mitigation plan.
• Highlight appropriate Risks in QPR forum / Program weekly meetings
Governance
• Deliver projects within cost, schedule & quality
• Take a proactive approach save effort and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to drive through initiatives
• Ensure regression pack are executed for any changes to the system
• Ensure Performance Testing for the changes to the system
• Collaborate with other test managers to ensure all testing is completed before Go Live
• Create test strategy and Test Schedule
• Knowledgeable to prepare estimates for large projects
• Guide Leads and team on testing approach
• Creative to resolve challenges during testing
• Drive initiatives and impress on key stakeholders
• Take tough decisions in the interest of project
• Prepare Closure report and Quality Gate checklist
