Job Summary

S&T COO Strategic Change for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and CRES (Corporate Real Estate Services) is looking for a Product Integration Lead to work across cross-functional initiatives to align people, process and systems.

The Product Integration Lead will be a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of SCMs processes and tooling to support the successful integration of a number of transformational changes into business as usual.    

This Product Integration role will span the end-to-end SCM Control Environment and pro-actively manage the impacts of:

•    TPRM Simplification to upstream SCBuy
•    TPRM Simplification on downstream P2P
•    P2P to upstream SCBuy
•    P2P impact on upstream TPRM Simplification 
•    SCBuy roadmap alignment to P2P & TPRM Simplification
•    Beacon impact on P2P & TPRM Simplification

The role will drive holistic change and requires good understanding of SCMs application estate, end-to-end processes, proficiency in SCM working practices, strong stakeholder engagement and community building skills.

Key Product Integration Activities:

•    Lead integration and planning (Integration Product Backlog) to align goals, timelines and deliverables

•    Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to translate outcomes aligned to each transformation programme to identify end-to-end integration challenges / gaps covering:
o    Controls
o    Processes
o    Data / Reporting
o    Interfaces
o    WalkMe Roadmap 
o    Content
o    AI Opportunities

•    Conduct impact assessments and operational risks against each integration challenge / gap 

•    Develop solutions for each integration challenge / gap

•    Orchestrate T&O delivery to implement solution to solve integration challenges 

•    Perform targeted Integration Testing 

•    Monitor post integration performance and recommend ongoing improvements

Qualifications

•    Languages: Business level English (oral and written)
•    Experience: 10+ years in SCM change, preferably within a global or multi-regional organisation
•    Industry Background: Experience in transformation, business operations, or process management in industries like Banking, Consulting, Manufacturing, Technology, or Retail
•    Tooling: SAP Ariba / S4 HANA subject matter expert
•    Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically, analyse data, and drive improvements across business processes
•    Strong active listening skills
•    Confident and engaging communication skills across all levels of seniority
•    Shows responsibility and perseverance
•    High standards of professional integrity
