Title: Lead Business Analyst - CIB Performance Management

Job Summary
• We are looking for a senior analytics professional to join our Performance Analytics & Management team. The individual will play a pivotal role in shaping insights for senior management across various business domains — including process performance, organizational design, capacity, risk, financials, and client outcomes
Strategy
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex data environments, leading strategic analysis, and communicating insights that drive informed decision-making. They will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and transformation teams to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Analytical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end development of business analytics for strategic and operational decision-making
- Translate business challenges into structured analytical problems and solutions
- Provide actionable insights on performance, productivity, process efficiency, and workforce capacity
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with senior leaders and functional heads across Operations, Technology, and Strategy
- Partner with business teams to shape KPIs, dashboards, and storyboards to support performance dialogues
People & Process Insights
- Analyze workforce trends including spans & layers, grade mix, attrition, capacity utilization
- Support organizational design and productivity initiatives through insightful analytics
Process & Business Performance
- Support analysis of lead times, volumes, error rates, and demand patterns
- Build diagnostic views to identify improvement opportunities across the value chain
Visualization & Storytelling
- Design and develop executive-level dashboards and storytelling decks
- Communicate complex findings clearly and succinctly to non-technical audiences
Mentorship & Capability Building
- Guide junior analysts and contribute to the team’s upskilling in analytics and visualization tools
- Drive standardization and reusability of analytical assets
People & Talent
- Lead change initiatives from PM perspective and work with all stakeholders to deliver efficiency.
- Manage initiatives to improve processes and resolve high profile issues.
- Display strong communication, networking, influencing, and decision making and stakeholder management skills on daily basis in the implementation of process improvements and risk management.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure governance and coverage of key risk areas and implement the required controls.
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight.
Risk Management
- Work closely with CIB MT to ensure deliverables are aligned with the latest requirements & regulations, and any exceptions are appropriately escalated, reported, and managed.
- Highlight risks to management and actively monitor them to reduce the likelihood of occurrence.
Governance
- Supports the setup and/or maintenance of the relevant governance forums

Skills and Experience
EDUCATION
• 8 to 10 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in banking, operations, or consulting
TRAINING
- Hands-on or oversight experience with tools such as Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI
- Proven experience in working with senior leadership; ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Experience in process improvement, workforce management, or financial analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable
