Job Summary
Client Due Diligence Lead

Our Client Due Diligence (CDD) team sits within our global Technology and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
As Client Due Diligence Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the verification of client identities, assessing and classifying client risk profiles.
- Conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients and politically exposed persons.
- Developing and maintaining ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) policies and procedures.
- Monitoring ongoing client relationships for suspicious activities or changes in risk profile.
- Training staff on due diligence procedures and regulatory changes.
- Monitoring regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Reporting to senior management team on client due diligence effectiveness, metrics and emerging risks.
Skills and Experience
This senior role requires strategic thinking, leadership capabilities and deep regulatory knowledge with relevant certifications. In addition, you will have:
- Extensive experience in financial compliance with a proven track record of managing complex due diligence cases.
- Strong analytical and investigative abilities to assess client risk profiles and identify suspicious patterns.
- Proficiency with screening tools, due diligence systems, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and explain complex requirements to stakeholders.
