Title: Lead Performance Testing - Load Runner /JMeter

Job Summary
• Work with technology and business teams to validate the quality of the product delivered to the stakeholders as per group standards. Mitigate risks and support Business through timely and precise execution of test methods and standards.
• Develop testing strategies and framework to meet the testing mandate.
• Handle the test deliveries for projects which are multiyear programmes
• Support in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation
• Define and publish end to end load and performance test strategy for Enterprise based Applications.
• Prepare end to end load and performance test plans, test scripts / Scenarios and test data.
• Work closely with the Engineering and QA team(s) during load/performance testing/tuning, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
• Analyse various components of an application (i.e web server, application server, microservices, database, etc.)
• Monitor and collect test results, conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and bottlenecks Evaluate latest performance monitoring tools and make recommendations.
• Involve in E22 Performance Test activities from NFR Gathering to Test Results Preparation / Walkthrough with Engineering Team, Product Owner & SRE Teams.
• Make sure each release follows the PT standards given by SCB E-SDLC Process.
The successful candidate will be experienced and having a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects.
• Banking domain knowledge is added advantage.
• Batch performance testing knowledge with multiple upstream systems.
• Prior experience on Performing the load testing on Tableau & SAP (Fiori, SAC) Based UI Applications

Risk Management

Governance
• End to End governance on the various test phases mandated by SCB's SDF standards and framework
• Understanding the regularity requirements for various regions
• Provides overall guidance in all testing-related activities from test strategy phase, requirements gathering, test preparation and execution, test data and environment management as well as post implementation reviews
• Work with delivery and project managers to ensure that all test phases are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget which includes test planning and scheduling across multiple projects and BAU deliveries
• Overall stakeholder management, regular meetings & reporting to project sponsor/s and project managers
• Supporting the Internal and external audits by providing the necessary test deliverables.
• Interaction with end-users and UAT lead counterparts, Production Support and other Technology partners
• Overall testing team management, resource forecasting, recruitment, on-boarding
