Job Summary

•    Looking for a self-driven and passionate individual to join Lending technology team as Business solution manager. This role is for a candidate who bring along in depth business analysis knowledge in the lending domain. You will be working with group of passionate team colleagues responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology solutions for the loans businesses globally within Financial Markets. •    Lending Domain Knowledge: A good understanding of the Commercial Lending domain, coupled with working knowledge of payments, settlement, reconciliation, and financial / regulatory reporting protocols. 
•    Good understanding of lending lifecycle events, covering bilateral, syndication lending and secondary loan trading. 
•    Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of a recently started platform (LoanIQ, Loan related services and analytics apps) for our Loan desks – trading, syndication, lending/banking books - ensuring it aligns with our Financial Markets and global Credit strategy.
•    Drive the implementation of LoanIQ as the anchor system for Loan Trading/Booking/Processing and and ability to integrate with other systems/applications.
•    Drive cross-teams solutions to deliver end-to-end Loan solutions.
•    Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions within a financial services environment.
•    Meet stakeholders expectations: Traders, Head of businesses, COO, Head of Functions, IT peers, IT management, Analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business

•    Partner with business and regional teams to ensure technology is fully aligned to their requirements, and that product solution designs meet internal, legal and regulatory requirements. 
•    Rollout of LoanIQ as a strategic lending platform in different markets and deliver change requests raised for live locations. 


Processes

•    Business requirement and functional specification delivery for all project, BAU and strategic initiatives
•    Work directly with the Product Management role holders in the Business or Function on product design and solution options. Special focus on design, solutioning including Finance and accounting changes. 
•    Collaborate with Development and Production Support teams to define detailed Product solution designs up to specification level. 
•    Manage global rollout implementation business analysis deliverables.

•    The ability to effectively work together with team colleagues across geographies.
•    Ability to manage senior stakeholders from operations, product, finance, tax, and business team.

Risk Management

•    The ability to identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate potential risks. 

Skills and Experience

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Key stakeholders

•    Product Engineering interface for relevant Product Heads, Business COOs, Business Managers and Product Controllers – primarily Global Credit Markets and Financial Markets. 
•    Maintain strong ties with the Heads of the Build and Run team for Commercial Lending/Corporate Finance team to ensure a cross functional, collaborative working approach.
•    Relevant Product Heads, Business COOs, Business Managers and Product Controllers – primarily Global Credit Market and Financial Markets.

Qualifications

•    Education     Degree in engineering or equivalent
•    Training     Loaniq product functionality and  implementation knowledge
•    Languages     English
