Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process transformation and Automation specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the Bank's delivery model. The role involves developing process flow, documenting the bank's process for the engineer's and the regulators. This role requires expertise in the SDLC, DevOps, will work closely with the development team and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Participate in the selection and implementation of new tools and technologies to support process improvements and automation
• Analyse current processes and document workflows, procedures, and policies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Business
• Develop and maintain process documentation and related artifacts, including flow charts, data maps, and business requirements

• Work on transformation programs to identify process improvements that can be made across the organization.
• Monitor and track process performance, identifying areas for improvement
People & Talent
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure that the development process aligns with DevOps principles and practices
• Develop dashboards to track and report on process performance and communicate the results to stakeholders

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in process simplification, automation or DevOps and transformation.
• Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments.
• Knowledge on COBIT 5 framework.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep dive and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and managing process transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of process documentation tools such as Rational Method composer, Camunda.
• Hands-on experience of software development methodologies, including continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with process automation tools and technologies, such as RPA or workflow engines.
• Familiarity with data modelling and data management principles.
• Familiarity with Policy as a Code development.
• Good to have knowledge on Change management, Security frameworks.
