Job Summary

The key purpose is to involve in design, development, testing and implementation of reconciliation projects. Additional responsibilities include involvement in development of Python related activities, automation, develop tools using TLM product

Skills Required

  • Write clean and reusable codes using ETL / Python programming language or Shell Scripting that can be easily maintained 
  • With regards to ETL, learn to extract source data and use ETL concepts to process and massage the data and finally load data into Oracle database.
  • Write proper Unit test cases and execute the cases to produce Unit test results which is easily understandable.
  • Maintain Proper documentation of all the design related discussions, test cases/ executions/results.
  • Should be able to debug the codes/programs written using ETL (BI Informatica workflows), Shell scripts, Python scripts, Oracle Stored procedures.
  • Should have the capability to write extensive logging mechanisms so that during debugging its easy to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams and users to understand the requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and identify areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
  • Added advantage with Dev ops knowledge and should be swift to learn ADO and maintain codes with proper versioning mechanisms.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies in Python, Machine Learning, AI and exploring possibilities of using them for automations within the bank.
  • Familiarity with data base technologies such as SQL, Oracle.
  • Excellent problem – solving ability with good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Participate in all the Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review/Demo.
  • Responsible for meeting overall delivery schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
