Job Summary
• The Manager, RCFCR Product Engineering is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of risk assessment products across the Risk, Compliance, and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domains. The role supports the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and data-driven solutions that enable effective risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting
• The incumbent will also contribute to data mining, statistical analysis, and analytical solution development to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners, the role ensures that product deliverables align with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives.
• In addition, the role is accountable for the timely execution of assigned work, adherence to engineering and governance standards, effective stakeholder collaboration, and fostering clear and proactive communication within cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
