Key Responsibilities
- Handle outsourcing governance related activities for all PVB Markets
- Cost Management and Governance - Initiated third-party engagement requests and coordinated end-to-end risk assessments to support vendor onboarding and contract finalization
- Purchase orders and Invoice processing - Administer purchase order requests for third-party vendors and suppliers across all business functions. Collaborated with internal business teams and external vendors/suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Handle all the unit level MIS
- Tracking and coordinating with business units for saves delivery
- Cost Management, accruals and tax complianc -Ensure vendors pay GST on time to enable the company to claim GST input credit efficientl
- Reporting efficiency to finance team and GBS stakeholders
- Updating of FFG saves – Genesis and SB, Portfolio reduction
- Business continuity planning and support
- Staff On-boarding and Infrastructure suppor t & Seat management
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly packs for review
- Working with respective units for Open position and headcount tracking to make sure the numbers reported are accurate.
- Tracking of budget vs cost for both onshore and offshore

• Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility

• Champion and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture in the region.
• Driving an environment of collaboration, both within the team and across the wider Group, to ensure issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner.
Governance
• Ensure compliance with the highest standards of regulatory conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements. This includes compliance with local banking laws, other applicable laws (e.g., laws governing securities activities) and anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines.
• Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct across the region to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among staff.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications
• Outsourcing governance related activities for all PVB Markets
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mange multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Previous secretariat experience preferred
• Legal or Company Secretary background preferred.
