Job Summary
Change CoE - PMO
As GCFO Change Project Manager, the role will be responsible for the establishment, co-ordination and completion of potentially multiple projects across the GCFO change portfolio. The role will be operating within a Change CoE, with reporting lines still to be finalised.
This role will have to align closely with Change CoE ways of working. The person need to proactively engage with various stakeholders, particularly with GFS and GCFO to govern the relevant programs. The job holder must not be constrained by a rigid job specification, and be sufficiently experienced to be able to pick up additional duties as necessary. The person should possess good understanding of Project Management and Change processes, stakeholder management, project finance, project governance and billing processes. The person should have good communication, presentation and analytical skills. The person should be pro-active, agile, assertive and result-oriented.
The GFCO Change Project Manager is expected to manage/deliver:
- Project governance forums, including steering committees, working groups and other key decision-making forums.
- Co-ordinate the generation and adherence to project plans
- Ensure comprehensive stakeholder management, including escalation and risk management
- Ensure adherence to cost, schedule & benefits
- Data management and publish PMO dashboard within agreed SLA
- Delivery of comprehensive project documentation in support of the project release
- Support Resource Management activities in alignment with, GFS Talent Acquisition team, HR, GFS Operations team etc
- Effectively manage all program related communications.
- Ensure effective deployment & utilization of resources through continuous monitoring and reporting of Clarity reports
- Support competency building initiatives by identifying the training needs of individuals/teams, skill-gap & role fitment analysis etc.
- Own and deliver budget, financial and billing activities
- Ensure seamless co-ordination with other complimentary projects and programmes

- Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.

- Effectively manage all program related communications.
- Ensure effective deployment & utilization of resources through continuous monitoring and reporting of Clarity reports

- Effectively manage all program related communications.

Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of MS – Excel
- Knowledge of macros
Qualifications
Education
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, primarily performing project management roles as well as change roles.
Training
- Extensive knowledge in Business Management, Project/Program Management & Operations Management
- Good understanding of finance BPO/KPO processes with relevant experience in managing stakeholders in diverse geographical locations
Certifications
- Knowledge of MS – Excel, macros, creative presentation skills - a distinct advantage
Languages
- Strong command of the English language and or high level of proficiency.
