Job Summary
Strategy
• Experience in solution design & delivery, including analysing change requests and requirements, assessing impacts of changes to existing processes/system functionalities, defining acceptance criteria & expected outcomes, leading on test design & supporting testing execution (functional testing and behavioural app testing), and working within a project team setting
• Take E2E testing and test management ownerships
• Experience working in an Agile project, and managing product backlogs in tools like Jira or ADO
• Experience acting as liaison between business/operations stakeholders and project team members ensuring clarity across all involved parties on the change being delivered
• A good understanding of HR policies and process flows, and how to define and monitor measures of success for changes aimed at addressing critical business problems
• Knowledge of and experience in projects involving HR technologies (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM etc.) and/or AI technologies, is an advantage.
• A can-do attitude who can collaborate across multiple teams to resolve issues and assist others with "how to" questions
• Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
• Able to learn and work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

Processes
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including production change control.
• Project/product management skills as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management
• Ensure solution design addresses key requirements across various risk frameworks, and support the project team in preparing materials for appropriate Risk & Governance submissions & committees.
• Ensure HR Services deliver effective management of operational risks in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations at a global level.
• Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, identify and manage forward looking risks.
• Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct across the team and larger function.
• Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holder’s attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the appropriate Risk Committees

Skills and Experience
- Sound knowledge on Testing
- Good knowledge on Agile methodology
- Good knowledge on SuccessFactors HR applications
- Good knowledge on ADO test management tool
- Adaptive mindset to work along with multiple teams and get the work done
- Experience in managing a team and support them on top of the day to day work
- Mentoring the team whenever support required
- Work on test strategy and test plan
- Good knowledge on preparing test approach and adhere to project timeline
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience in core Testing, including managing defect management in tools like ADO
