• Extensive experience supporting and working alongside business users and technology teams in a multinational organization. The experience will need to include managing cross border and multiple nationalities / cultures.
• Ability to proactively identify the risks and propose action plan for mitigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message and updates to various level of users and stakeholders – both internal and external.
• Display Client-centric, ready to help attitude, pro-activeness and diligence in resolving requests and queries promptly and with superior standards.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams / functions.
• To be able to work in any timings based on the work pressure and what it demands.
• Ability to create meaningful MI and dashboards providing insightful trends and updates to various stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ability to Manage the Team Independently on the deliverables with regular updates to stakeholders both internal and external.
• Familiarity in internal bank applications such as SCI, eCDD+, Workbench, CreditMate etc. though desirable is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of KYC requirements, Client Central and customer/party profile creatio
Lead and manage the Trade Profile Creation team responsible for customer and party profile setup
Oversee end to end profile creation processes including LTP, OTP and DTP with accuracy and timeliness
Ensures compliance with KYC and regulatory requirement in line with internal and external policies
Monitor team productivity, quality checks and adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions and ensure smooth onboarding.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk control in profile creation
Manage escalation, track exceptions, and provide solutions within agreed timeliness
Skills and Experience
• 8-12 years of relevant experience (with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity)
• MS word, Excel
• MS Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
