Job Summary

Experienced Technology Delivery professional who manages the successful technical delivery of products. A skilled technology expert who works across multiple squads or hives for delivery of complex Features, Epics & Releases.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Work with Product Owner and Development Team to define Test Strategy / Approach and Test Plan.
•    Develop & Maintain Test plans and Test Suites.
•    Review Test Strategy with stakeholder

Business
•    Plan end to end scenarios testing and functionality validation based on the requirement/acceptance criteria.
•    Based on the Test Strategy, work with engineers to design Test cases and Test Scripts (Manual + Automation) – SIT, Regression and PT (functional and non functional tests).
•    Ensure preparation, maintenance and contribution to testing frameworks, data, scripts and other reusable repositories artefacts.
•    Execution of Tests and Defects / Issue Management across System Integration Testing, Regression and Performance Testing (to include functional and non-functional tests) for both (Both Manual + Automation).
•    Regularly Triage Defects in partnership with PO & engineers.
•    Support end user with user verification, user acceptance testing as applicable.
•    Identify areas for improving the automation coverage.
•    Raise defects discovered during testing and work with impacted teams to resolve issues.
•    Test closure and sign off.
•    Prepare data constructs to support testing activities.
•    Work closely with PO to ensure acceptance criteria is understood and aligned.
•    Maintain automation code base up to date by regular commits to the respective repositories.
•    Test automation scripts to be used in Regression pack along with test evidence enclosures.

Responsibilities

Processes
•    Identification of repeatable process and recommend for automation.
•    Submission and attestation of Test artifacts in appropriate enterprise tool (JIRA / Azure Dev-Ops / ESDLC).
•    Continuously evolve testing capabilities in line with market trends.
•    Test traceability to be maintained and Test evidence to be captured in the form of logs/screenshots etc. against each test case.

People & Talent 
•    May also take on Chapter Leadership as long as he/she is an active practitioner in the craft of the Chapter that they lead; i.e., has full accountability to the growth of the Chapter, and not solely an line management responsibility.
•    Contributes to performance and improvement backlog for continual improvement of their chapter

Risk Management

•    Daily Test Reporting and Risk Management for Testing (SIT/ Regression / Performance Testing)

Governance
•    Understanding of Test Governance methodologies and ensure compliance to ESDLC.
•    Provide relevant QA evidences and artifacts to internal and external governing bodies e.g. Audit.
