Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Technical support engineer supports business critical reports which could not directly retrieved from strategic solutions. Absence of golden sources for such computations that are essential and mandatory for control functions like Financial Control. Mission critical items that need to be turned around within two to three weeks of development and cannot stand a chance for getting piled as a part of the prioritization list of various strategic applications. Increase of manual interventions leading to increased efforts, control gaps and manual errors along with timely evaluation of the business objective thereby facilitating time to market of the compliance/control requirements. Unique business cases need to be handled as a part of this team majorly concentrating on Financial Controls and Group Reporting controls. Continuous enhancements based on regulatory and audit observations and internal spruce up of the control process sets a rising demand for enhancing these business cases on a regular basis. System upgrades also bring in a new dimension to these enhancements and would demand a modification to the developed functionalities to suit the new infrastructure needs. Team with cross functionality experience to enable easy handover and controls during people movements

Key Responsibilities

The Tech support engineer will be responsible for:
•    Software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
•    Automate and prepare dashboard for BAU processes
•    Improve the accessibility of security through automation, continuous integration pipelines, and other means. Designing a secure application-release automation process to make security an integral part of the CI/CD pipelines
•    Identify security tools and lead operationalization of solutions from POC to Production, e.g. API Threat Protection, Container Security, etc. Streamline POC processes
•    Produce and streamline audit evidence
•    Stay current on threats, vulnerabilities, and controls
•    Involve in infrastructure provisioning, configuration of provisioned infrastructure. deployment of application and Plugins such as TFLint, Checkov, Docker Linter, docker-vulnerability-extension, Security Scan, Contrast Security, etc.,
•    Integrating crucial security tasks into CI/CD pipelines
•    Handle container security and secrets management
•    Configuration management

•    Country, Region, and Segment CFOs
•    Finance Technology team.

Skills and Experience

Technical Skills
•    IAM (RBAC, ABAC) and Secrets Management
•    DevOps – Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, GIT, Maven, Docker, Rundeck
•    Programming/Scripting languages such as SQL, Python,  Power shell,  Java  & Microservices, 
•    Basics of MS SQL database administration
•    Basics of Unix/Linux, Windows administration, OpenShift, Kubernetes
•    AWS/Azure cloud platform support
•    The absence of tactical computation systems that may be seasonal based on audit observations / time to market delays from strategic systems

Qualifications

Required:
•    More than 8 years of overall IT experience in production support, DevOps Or SRE & added support engineer.
•    Basic business knowledge on accounting and reporting.
•    Any experience in 1 or more of the following technical skills will be added advantage.
Good to Have:
•    Strong background in Banking Financial terminology and respective configuration in SAPS/4 HANA FICO area.
•    At least four end to end implementation experience in SAP FICO preferably in Banking financial sector
•    Hands on experience on configuring SAP S/4 HANA Financial Accounting Modules along with good functional skills to support customised reporting
•    In depth knowledge and experience of configuring FICO different business functionalities in SAP S/4 HANA
•    Exposure to PAPM and BPC integration will be an added advantage
