Job Summary

Strategy

Lead the “Global Process Standardisation” agenda and run this as an utility which delivers process standardisation across markets, optimisation and change management.

•    Process modelling with mapping of execution standards across markets.
•    Deviations to the process standards from execution is managed through change management strategy.
•    Understanding the needs of business, support function and stakeholders from markets in standardisation landscape.
•    Support team’s operational advancement by leading/participating in initiatives around implementation of desired output levels
•    Manage ownership of process including the creation of documentation to manage and track to all related tasks (SOP, Work Instructions, Trainings, etc.)
•    Leading the teams through the journey from conception to delivery of initiatives.


Business

•    Manage cost benefit analysis on process standardisation with key focus on productivity enhancement.
•    Drive automation opportunities including engaging with automation partners and identify effective cost management technique under global process standardisation model.


Processes
•    Review and drive strategic opportunities in Process Standardisation through optimisation, transformation and exception process management.
•    Develop KPI and ensure that process is compliant to all standards.
•    Support and lead change initiatives and provide feedback for change proposals.
•    Contribute to overall CPBB Operations leadership forum.
•    Engage key stakeholders and support functions for strategic initiatives and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

People & Talent
•    Ensuring identification of right talent being part of squads.
•    Drive Agile methodology in and work collaboratively for desired outcome.
•    Ensuring framework for objective performance assessment of all team members along with functional heads
•    Manage the cross-functional team to deliver the standardisation agenda across HUBs and Countries.

 

Risk Management
•    Proactive and preventive risk management under process standardisation.
•    Ensure end to end Process Risk Maps being available with deviations/risk identified.
•    Being recognized within and across the organization as the ‘go-to’ expert and owner of process standardisation to ensure that no process change happens without the governance/framework
•    Enable delivery of strong detective controls and continuous learning and fixing from risk incidents to embed change in process mapping. 
•    Ensuring adherence to all Group Policies and Procedures during Process standardisation program.
•    Ensuring business continuity strategies are in place and tested at regular intervals as per standards agreed with country stake holders

Qualifications

Graduate and Management qualification would be optional preference.
