Job Summary

Looking for Engineer with strong Technical Skill sets for key Project Deliverables.

•    Resource will be responsible for the overall software engineering output of the team. 
•    Resource will own the full development lifecycle process inception to production. 
•    This includes tangible metrics like velocity & quality, delivering features on time and intangible measures like team morale, learning & improvement and advocating best practices across cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Run end to end Program across QA activities from Test Strategy, Schedule, planning, Execution, Reporting till TCR
•    First line of supervision
•    Experience in SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Jobs creations
•    Knowledgeable to prepare estimates for large projects
•    Guide team on testing approach 
•    Creative to resolve challenges during testing
•    Ability to drive initiatives and impress on key stakeholders 
•    Courageous to take tough decisions in the interest of project
•    Prepare Closure report and Quality Gate checklist
•    Ensure compliance to UTM and SDF models
•    Excellent understanding of Test Strategy, Test Traceability, Test Evidences, and Test Closure Report which form UTM (Unified Test Model) pillars under SCB’s System Delivery Framework
•    On a E2E test ownership role, collaborate with domain test manager to gain support and achieve project objectives 
•    Conflict resolutions within the team
•    Create career path for the team and have succession planning
•    Foster an open culture within the team
•    Ability to provide tough feedbacks 
•    Sound knowledge on risk assessment and risk management
•    Mentor and guide to the team
•    Maintain right resource mix
•    Perform periodic skill set evaluation of team
•    Lead initiatives within the ITO space
•    Manage test environment
•    Promote equality within the team
•    Raise appropriate Risk, Issues, Dispensation whenever required

 

Skills and Experience

Min 6-8 years of experience in Testing

Selenium Automation Testing, API Testing, payments E2E workflow

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree
