Job Summary
Business
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage conflicting requirements and gain consensus on the best way forwards
Pragmatic approach, able to simplify processes and implement lean techniques
Analyse and review functional and non functional requirements
Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation
Defines and maintains Testing standards & controls
Processes
Design performance test scenarios and scripts
Develop tools to assist performance testing
Design automated performance test suite
Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
People & Talent
Build a team of competent and right skilled resources for delivering test projects efficiently
Manage test resources to ensure highest level of engagement possible
Responsible for staff management aspects, inclusive of recruitment, talent development, knowledge retention, etc
Provides regular communication and training to test teams in respect to standards and processes

Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required

Skills and Experience
Good knowledge in Banking domain
Experience in design and implementation of Test Automation Framework
Required Technical skills
o Core Java
o .NET
o Cucumber
o Selenium
Hands-on experience in developing Test Automation suite using Java / .NET, Cucumber & Selenium
Experience in Continuous Integration Tool like Jenkins / Hudson etc
Experience / Knowledge in Version Control systems like Git , CVS, Subversion, etc
Experience in writing SQLs / PL-SQL
Knowledge in Test Automation Design patterns like PageObject Model, PageObject Factory, etc
Qualifications
EDUCATION ANY
CERTIFICATIONS ISTQB / CSQA / CSM / PMP / Scrum Master
