Job Summary

• Infrastructure Vulnerability remediation of the Network Infrastructure – WAN, LAN & Security Infrastructure – Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load balancers, SDWAN, Wireless controller, AAA and Radius.
• Participation of Network related vulnerability calls, major incidents, and Critical Migrations. 
• Key engagement with regional and global network teams, security teams, wider technology support team and management, application/business support, OEM, external service providers.
• Contribute excellence in Problem / Change Management of SCB Global Network & Security Infrastructure
• Contribute and Participate Critical vulnerability remediation that involve complex multi-component, multi-platform issues together with peer Infrastructure teams like OS Platforms, Middleware, DB, and Application support. 
• Ensure end-to-end support and trend reporting. 
• Network change management and coordination.
• Participate relevant end-to-end service improvement initiatives to address risk mitigation and service stability. 
• Ensure accurate and regularly updated information related to network Vulnerability reports, SLA , Vulnerability prioritization.
• Demonstrates continuous effort for identifying problematic areas and report into next level for permanent fixes.
• Escalate incidents to required team when appropriate and keep management updated about the situation proactively.
• Technical troubleshooting and UVT validation. 
• Work on accountable Vulnerability reporting tools and updates.
• Meeting and exceeding defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy.
• Work as a global team to manage the vulnerability remediation of multiple customers with multiple shift operations.
• Focus on maximizing customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of short- and long-term strategic network vulnerability remediation goals.

Strategy

• Contribute to the development of short- and long-term strategic network vulnerability remediation goals

Business
• Key engagement with regional and global network teams, security teams, wider technology support team and management, application/business support, OEM, external service providers.
• Contribute and Participate Critical vulnerability remediation that involve complex multi-component, multi-platform issues together with peer Infrastructure teams like OS Platforms, Middleware, DB, and Application support
• Work as a global team to manage the vulnerability remediation of multiple customers with multiple shift operations

Processes
• Participation of Network related vulnerability calls, major incidents, and Critical Migrations. 
• Network change management and coordination.
• Work on accountable Vulnerability reporting tools and updates.

People & Talent
• Switching / Routing (WAN & LAN) - Cisco and Juniper (Mandatory).
• Security Platforms - Juniper SRX,  Cisco ASA Firewalls, FortiGate, Checkpoint, VPN Gateways (Preferred)
• Wireless products
• IP Services like DNS, DHCP, IPAM, AAA Platforms (Optional)
• Experience in working with ISPs and Banking Environment.
• Must have good time management skills and excellent customer focus.
• Ability to work and communicate with external vendors, Providers and multiple groups within the company. 
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Cultural sensitivity – allowing understanding of how business expectations differ in different cultural environments.

Risk Management
• Updating  CISO  and  CISRO  team on the reported vulnerabilities , tracking and progress.

Governance
• Work on accountable Vulnerability reporting tools and updates
• Ensure accurate and regularly updated information related to network Vulnerability reports, SLA , Vulnerability prioritization.
• Meeting and exceeding defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy

• External ISPs, Vendors, Country External Service providers, Regional and Global Network Teams, Security Teams, Wider Technology Support teams and management, Cyber Security  and Risk team , CISO , CISRO  and Application/Business Support

Other Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education-Graduate degree in a technical discipline with professional certifications
• Training-Around 6 to 10 years of hands-on working knowledge in network wan/lan and operational experience in a global mnc environment with isp management background
• Certifications-CCNA, CCNP
