Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Ensure that the unit is adequately staffed to meet the business needs
•    Implement suitable mitigations for the identified risk issues.
•    Ensure Departmental Operating Instructions are reviewed and updated periodically.
•    Ensure Learning & Development Plans are in place for all team members.
•    Ensure adequate training (on the job, soft skill, etc.) is provided to all staff members.
•    Act as OR coordinator for the section
•    To adhere to the agreed CST plans and approach
•    To identify and report all exceptions on noncompliance with standard controls
•    To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls
•    To maintain proper record keeping on all CST related activities
•    Ensure backup staff is identified and trained.
•    Ensure timely completion of all e-Learning Courses
•    Accurate checking & verification of all on-boarding & maintenance activities in Core banking systems.
•    Ensure CDD Guidelines are always adhered.
•    Ensure proper updating on completion status of daily Instructions and submission of EOD.
•    Adhering to laid down Operating Procedures and Group Risk Policies always.
•    Ensure that Productivity/ MIS are updated accurately and immediately after the completion of processing the respective transaction.
•    Ensure that Key Control Standards are adhered to.
•    Ensure adherence of clean desk policy of SCGBS.
•    Ensure there are NIL exceptions

Qualifications

Education     Bachelors Degree.

•    Self-confident person with a high level of drive, dedication, pride, and exceptional attention to detail.
•    Excellent analytical and Finance skills, with advanced Excel skills and proven ability to interpret, analyse and present financial information and performance metrics.
•    Detailed working knowledge and understanding of credit ratings and static data maintenance
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proven ability to distil information into incisive reports and presentations.
•    Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple locations
•    Attention to details
