Job Summary
• The Product Owner, Partner Solutions is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Partner Solutions capabilities across Regulatory Open Banking, Consent-Based Journeys, Regulatory Channel Services, and strategic partner integrations.
• The role serves as the bridge between business, regulatory, operations, architecture, engineering, and external ecosystem partners to deliver scalable, reusable, and compliant API-based solutions that support regulatory obligations, client needs, and the Bank's digital ecosystem strategy.
• The role holder will own product outcomes from ideation through delivery and commercialization, ensuring solutions are customer-centric, compliant with market regulations, technically sustainable, and aligned with the Bank's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, business case development and prioritisation through implementation and continuous enhancement.
• Ensure product investments align with business strategy, client needs, regulatory obligations and technology direction.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation of features, enhancements and technical enablers.
• Translate business objectives into product requirements, epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to ensure successful and timely execution of product initiatives.
• Drive delivery outcomes through Agile methodologies, ensuring solutions meet customer, business and operational requirements.
• Oversee product testing, validation, implementation and post-production support activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, country teams, clients, partners, regulators and industry participants.
• Facilitate alignment across multiple functions including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales and Coverage teams.
