Job Summary

Techno-Functional Product Owner ideal candidate will have a Strong mix of business acumen and technical expertise in the field of credit scoring and credit bureau integration across retail, private,  business banking. This role requires collaboration with WRB Platform & Domain & Development Organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Design and execute the product roadmap for credit scoring and credit evaluation
•    Align the credit evaluation and scoring solutions with regulatory requirements, industry standards and business objectives.
•    Stay updated on emerging trends in credit evaluation models and government credit scoring agencies across markets
•    Aim to consolidate the functionality and API standards for credit bureau integration across markets.

Business
•    Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear and actionable product requirements.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
•    Work with external market specific credit bureaus and approved vendors to enhance the credit bureau solution.
•    Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and governance policies

Processes
•    Responsible for the overall delivery of initiatives and incremental changes for credit bureau and credit scoring capabilities
•    Align to the eSDLC process and ensure delivery compliant to the eSDLC process

People & Talent
•    The role is not a people leader role however the role involves coordination between multiple parties 
•    Work Closely with credit ops team, peer Product Owners, Engineering Lead, Security and Chapters to define and implement Solutions.
•    Work with 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and deployment of credit scoring and bureau applications

Risk Management
•    Act as the risk control owner under the Group’s risk management framework at the appropriate level.
•    Ensure that bank is not exposed to risks due to credit bureau reporting and regulatory changes by achieving on-time delivery

Collaboration and Alignment
•    Work Closely with credit ops team, peer Product Owners, Engineering Lead, Security and Chapters to define and implement Solutions.
•    Work with 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and deployment of credit scoring and bureau applications

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
•    Stay updated on emerging credit evaluation regulations across markets.
•    Foster a culture of innovation by driving modernization initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
•    Align technical solutions with the organization long-term technology vision and business goals.
•    Leverage automation CI/CD and Sec Devops practices to improve software development efficiency.

•    Serve as a Director of the Board 
•    Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Qualifications

B TECH or BE or MBA grade in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related IT Area; 8 to 16 Years
